Special Occasion Cake
Vanilla, chocolate, or marbled cake layered with buttercream frosting.
Boston Cream Cake
3 layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla diplomat cream, glazed with ganache.
3 layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh whipped cream and strawberry marmalade. Iced with whipped cream and decorated with glazed fresh, decorative cake crumbs on the sides.
Chocolate Raspberry Cake
3 layers of chocolate sponge cake, filled with raspberry jam and whip cream. Iced with whip cream. Whip cream rosettes on top with raspberry jelly and chocolate pebbles on sides.
Portsmouth Orange Cake
3 layers of vanilla cake filled and iced with an orange cream cheese frosting.
Lemon Raspberry Cake
3 layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with fresh lemon curd and raspberry jam. Iced with vanilla buttercream. Lemon curd, jam and buttercream are piped on the top and feathered for the decoration. Or can do just Lemon, with no raspberry.
Chocolate Caramel Cream
3 layers of chocolate sponge cake filled with caramel diplomat cream, glazed with ganache.
Chocolate Mousse Cake
3 layers of chocolate sponge cake filled with dark chocolate mousse. Iced with chocolate buttercream, and finished with a rich chocolate ganache.
[GF] Double Chocolate Mousse Cake
Flour less chocolate cake on bottom with layer of dark chocolate mousse and a layer of white chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate ganache. Very Rich.
3 layers of carrot cake filled and iced with cream cheese icing. Toasted Coconut around the edges and buttercream carrots to decorate the top. No nuts or raisins.

A rich dense flourless chocolate cake filled with fudge icing.
Chocolate Fudge Cake
3 layers of chocolate cake filled and iced with rich chocolate fudge icing. Decorated with chocolate shavings on the sides.
Italian Rum Cake
3 layers of vanilla sponge cake. The cakes are soaked with a Myer’s rum syrup and filled with rum diplomat cream and strawberry marmalade. Then topped with whipped cream and garnished with fresh strawberries.
Black Forest Cake
3 layers of chocolate cake filled with tart cherry filling and fresh whipped cream. Iced with whipped cream and decorated with chocolate shavings and cherries.
Chocolate Mint Cake
3 layers chocolate sponge cake, filled and iced with mint (pale green) buttercream. The top is glazed with ganache and drizzled down the side. The top is then spiraled to create a 3-d pattern on top.
Fresh Fruit Cheesecake
Vanilla cheesecake topped with fresh berries and fruit. Glazed with apricot glaze with croquettes on the sides.
Vanilla cheesecake topped with fudge icing, peanuts, cashews, caramel and chocolate sauces.
