Award winning Chef Evan Hennessey, Chef and Co-Owner of Stages at One Washington will be kicking off our 5 part Guest Chef Series. Chef Hennessey is trained in classical French techniques and methods and now serves what he calls Progressive New England Cuisine, utilizing locally farmed and foraged foods to create artistically inspired dishes. Chef Hennessey has been named as one of ’30 Chefs to Watch’ nationally by Plate Magazine, he was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Awards in the category of Best Chef Northeast, winner of the StarChefs.com VitaMix Challenge, a national competition that included a field of several hundreds of chefs, honed down to six finalists and competed at the International Chefs Congress in Manhattan.

4 High bush cranberry tarte tatin, lavender & sorrel -or- Nitrogen frozen chocolate, blue cheese, wild grape, mint


We will be accepting floating reservation times for this event.
Tinos will serve a  limited Greek “Greatest Hits” menu as well during this event. Tables can be split amongst the two menus however, substitutions are not permitted.
