Wild mushroom and lobster fettuccine – Maine lobster and wild mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce tossed with fettuccine. 25.99

 

Char grilled black pearl organic salmon- Served over a blackened shrimp and caramelized onion risotto with char grilled asparagus and cilantro lime crème. 24.99

 

Slow cooked pork roast- double thick bone in chop with cranberry sausage stuffing, mashed potato and veg of the day. Finished with a ginger snap apple jack gravy.
