$110.00 per person plus tax and gratuity (Includes Champagne Toast)

 

To Start

Assorted Dips and Spreads, Mixed Greek Olives, Greek style Mixed Pickled Vegetables

Crispy Pita and Lavash

Sambousek – spiced lamb and carrot wrapped in phyllo dough with harissa yogurt

 

First Course

Grilled oyster, absinthe, breadcrumbs, fennel pollen

 

Second Course

Grilled Rouget, polenta crostini, winter herb salad, saffron broth

 

Third Course

Harira Soup – the national dish of Morocco with lamb, chickpeas, lentils, tomato broth, celery

ribs and leaves

 

Fourth Course

Duck Confit, Parisian gnocchi, roasted pumpkin, wilted kale, spiced pumpkin seeds, and
